Exchange Policy:

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the purchase, goods can be exchanged within 2 days of the ‘date of receipt’. However, such exchange goods will be changed for new goods only if the goods returned are in unused and saleable condition with the product labels preserved. The company shall reserve the right to determine the saleable nature of the goods.

Returns Policy:

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the purchase (in absence of any manufacturing defect), goods can be returned by the customer within 2 days from the ‘date of receipt’ and the amount paid will be refunded in full. However, such returned goods will be accepted and money will be refunded only if the goods returned are in unused and saleable condition with the product labels preserved. The company shall reserve the right to determine the saleable nature of the goods.

Usage/user defects will not constitute manufacturing defect and the company shall reserve the right to determine the nature of defect. For goods with manufacturing defect, replacement will be carried out if raised with 2 days from date of receipt.
